About the role
This is a 100% work-from-home inbound customer service role handling financial and government enquiries for an Australian Federal Government department. It is permanent full-time with $26.70/hr plus super and incentives, but it requires Australian citizenship and living within 50km of Parramatta CBD.

- Handle high-volume inbound calls on financial and government matters
- Follow strict scripts and compliance guidelines
- Apply financial literacy to guide customers accurately
- Maintain professionalism across different conversation types
