Tele‑Sales Support Agent – English B2

Tele-sales support agent role handling Arabic- and English-speaking customer inquiries by phone and chat, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team. The position is based on-site in Cairo, Egypt, and requires fluent Arabic plus English at B2 level or above.

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers
• Communicate with Arabic- and English-speaking customers by phone, chat and other channels
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Handle customer requests, questions and basic concerns
• Maintain records of interactions, follow-ups and lead status
• Coordinate with the sales team on timely follow-up
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team
• Support daily and monthly operational and sales objectives

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 1–3 years in tele-sales, sales support, customer service, call center or similar
• Fluent Arabic
• English level B2 or above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Organized, proactive and customer-oriented
