About the role
Contract customer success role for Staples ePrint clients, combining new business prospecting with ongoing account management. It is a remote Canada-based position requiring print industry experience and bilingual communication.
What you'll do
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Liaise with wider account management team
- Partner with Staples Print Sales team to retain and grow accounts
- Maintain detailed customer account information
- Conduct quarterly customer reviews
- Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues
- Support new sales reps in program account opportunities
- Develop pricing and services strategies
What you'll need
- College or technical school diploma in graphic arts or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in graphic communication and printing industry
- Basic skills with Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic color theory, typography, print production and file management
- Good use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of the printing process
- Strong understanding of medium and complex print specifications
- Prior industry experience with knowledge of margins
