What you'll do
- Enroll eligible patients in patient support programs
- Educate and coordinate with patients on enrollment
- Maintain accurate patient files and electronic records
- Accompany team on visits to healthcare providers and pharmacies
- Prepare reports on program performance and quality metrics
- Ensure timely medication access for patients
- Report adverse events and product complaints
- Perform administrative and office support duties
What you'll need
- Scientific or healthcare-related degree preferred
- Experience in healthcare, scientific field, or NGO ideal
- Data monitoring and management experience an advantage
- Logistics or supply chain coordination a plus
- Customer service management experience
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Flexibility with working hours
- Understanding of compliance and SOPs
