About the role
A multinational telecom is hiring German-speaking customer service agents to handle customer emails, chats and calls entirely from home. The role offers a net monthly salary plus KPIs and commission, equipment, a connectivity allowance, and social and medical insurance, on rotational shifts and days off.
What you'll do
- Handle customers via email, chat and calls
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints
- Follow up with customers

- Fluent German C1 up to C2
