About the role
Outbound phone role enrolling patients referred by partner physicians into Cadence's chronic-care program, using scripts and scheduling follow-ups. It is full-time, remote but based in the United States, and pays $23-$24/hr plus incentive compensation.
What you'll do
- Communicate program details, benefits, outcomes, and patient responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual patient enrollments
- Schedule follow-up appointments with the Cadence Care team
- Build rapport and trust with patients
- Follow established scripts while adapting communication
- Balance high-quality interactions with productivity targets
What you'll need
- 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
- Prior high-volume outbound or inbound call experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintain patient confidentiality under HIPAA
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms
- Comfort managing a call pipeline
- Phone-based relationship building
- Experience with AI tools such as Claude and Google Gemini
