Telesales Advisor ‑ Independencia

A full-time telesales advisor role in Lima, Peru, handling inbound and outbound calls to sell products, process orders and answer billing questions. It is entry-level sales work with scripted customer interactions and KPI-driven sales targets, requiring Spanish.

• Achieve sales objectives on each call
• Use scripts and probing to determine customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of products, prices and promotions
• Meet contractual sales objectives and KPIs
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Listen to customer needs and build relationships
• Clarify requirements and provide appropriate resolutions
• Answer billing questions about customer accounts

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Basic computer navigation and PC knowledge
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Spanish language
