About the role
A part-time seasonal customer service role handling email, text, and chat for a sustainable fashion brand. It requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays and is limited to candidates based in Georgia/USA.

- Provide customer service across all customer service channels
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance goals
- Help customers shop and process orders
- Know shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures
- Share customer and product feedback with internal teams
- Learn about different parts of the business
What you'll need
- Must be based in Georgia/USA
- Friendly and organized
- High degree of empathy, judgment, and patience
- Strong written communication skills
- Able to meet deadlines while juggling multiple tasks
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available part-time 8–29 hours/week
- Prior e-commerce customer service experience is a plus
