About the role
Remote customer service role for Liberty Mutual handling policyholder and agent inquiries for Personal Lines insurance products. Requires an active P&C Producers insurance license and 2+ years of customer service experience; paid training and equipment are provided.
What you'll do
- Provide timely, accurate information to policyholders and agents
- Solve policy-related problems independently
- Escalate issues as appropriate
- Identify and analyze customer policy needs
- Support customer satisfaction and business retention
- Complete mandatory paid training
What you'll need
- Active P&C Producers insurance license required
- 2+ years related customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to review, record, and organize written data
- Associates degree or 1+ year insurance experience preferred
- Dependable wired internet: at least 5 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download
- Quiet, secure, distraction-free workspace
