About the role
German-speaking customer service role for a large car insurer, handling phone inquiries, contract changes and insurance offers for existing and prospective customers. The job is fully remote but based in Greece, with relocation support and a 61-day paid training program.
What you'll do
- Advise customers by phone on motor vehicle insurance and close cases
- Process new applications, vehicle changes, conversions and terminations
- Prepare insurance offers for liability, accident, property and legal expenses
- Schedule pension consultation appointments
- Log customer account updates and case notes in real time
- Handle and log incoming physical and digital documents
What you'll need
- Fluent German, written and spoken, C1–C2
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with Windows, Chrome, MS Office and CRM platforms
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work rotational shifts
